1 Eligibility & Age Verification

The bk1111 platform is strictly available to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all subsequent times while maintaining an active account:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. bk1111 is an 18+ only platform. 18+
• You must be a natural person acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction in which online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, whether issued by bk1111 or any other gaming operator, that is currently in effect.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, agent, or affiliate of bk1111, or an immediate family member of such a person.

1.1 Age Verification Process

bk1111 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any stage of the account lifecycle, including at registration, prior to the first withdrawal, or at any other point where the Company has reasonable grounds to verify a player's age. Acceptable documents include a valid national identity card (NID), passport, or birth certificate issued by the relevant Bangladeshi authority. Failure to provide satisfactory age verification documentation within the timeframe specified by bk1111 may result in suspension of the account and retention of any funds pending investigation.

2 Account Registration

To access the full functionality of bk1111, including making deposits and placing bets, you must register a player account. The following terms govern account creation and maintenance:

2.1 One Account Per Player

Each player is permitted to hold one (1) active account on bk1111 at any given time. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same IP address, or the same payment method — constitutes a breach of this Agreement. bk1111 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and confiscate any winnings generated across those accounts.

2.2 Accurate Information

You are required to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information at the time of registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid contact number. You must promptly update your account information if any details change. bk1111 shall not be liable for any loss suffered as a result of your failure to maintain accurate account information.

2.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your bk1111 login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. bk1111 recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account. You must notify bk1111 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your account. bk1111 shall not be liable for any loss resulting from your failure to keep your login credentials secure.

2.4 Account Currency

All bk1111 accounts are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳). All deposits, wagers, winnings, bonuses, and withdrawals are processed in BDT. bk1111 does not offer multi-currency accounts. No currency conversion fees are applied to BDT transactions within the platform.

3 Deposits & Withdrawals

3.1 Accepted Payment Methods

3.2 Minimum and Maximum Transactions

The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 BDT per transaction. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000 BDT per transaction. Maximum deposit and withdrawal limits may vary depending on your account tier, verification status, and the payment method selected. 3.3 Processing Times

bKash and Nagad deposits are typically credited to your bk1111 wallet within seconds of confirmation. Bank transfer and card deposits may take up to two (2) business days. Withdrawal requests are reviewed within twenty-four (24) hours of submission. Once approved, funds are typically transferred to your nominated payment account within one (1) to three (3) business days, subject to the processing times of your chosen payment provider.

3.4 Own Funds Requirement

You may only deposit and withdraw funds that legitimately belong to you. bk1111 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Deposits must be made from an account registered in your own name. Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit, or to a verified account held in your own name.

3.5 No Hidden Fees

bk1111 does not charge fees on deposits or withdrawals. Any fees levied by your payment provider or bank are outside of bk1111's control and are the sole responsibility of the player.

4 Bonuses & Promotions

4.1 General Bonus Terms

bk1111 offers bonuses and promotions to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each individual promotion, including wagering requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, game restrictions, and expiry dates. In the event of any conflict between the general terms set out in this section and the specific terms of an individual promotion, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, all bonus funds credited to a player's account are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be clearly stated in the promotion details. Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period of the bonus. Bonus funds and winnings generated from bonus funds that remain unwagered at the time of expiry will be forfeited automatically.

4.3 Bonus Abuse

bk1111 employs automated and manual systems to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, using low-risk hedging strategies to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk, colluding with other players, and exploiting technical errors. Any player found to have engaged in bonus abuse will have their winnings voided, their account suspended, and any remaining balance reviewed in accordance with Section 11 of this Agreement.

4.4 bk1111 VIP Programme

The bk1111 VIP loyalty programme offers tiered benefits to qualifying players. Eligibility criteria, tier thresholds, benefit entitlements, and programme rules are governed by the separate VIP Programme Terms, which are incorporated into this Agreement by reference. bk1111 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the VIP programme at any time, with or without notice, and to adjust a player's tier status accordingly.

5 Betting & Gaming Rules

5.1 Sports Betting

All sports bets placed on bk1111 — including cricket markets for BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC tournaments, and Bangladesh Tigers international fixtures — are governed by the bk1111 Sports Betting Rules, which are published separately and incorporated into this Agreement by reference. bk1111 reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, placed on an event that has already commenced without prior notification, or placed at clearly incorrect odds due to a technical error.

5.2 Casino Games

All casino games available on bk1111 are supplied by third-party game providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Play'n GO, Spribe, and Ezugi. The rules of each individual game are determined by the respective game provider. bk1111 presents the games as supplied and does not modify the return-to-player (RTP) percentages or game mechanics from the values set by the original providers.

5.3 Technical Errors

In the event of a technical error, system failure, or communications breakdown that affects the outcome of a game or bet, bk1111 reserves the right to void all affected bets and return the original stake to the player's account. bk1111 shall not be liable for any loss of winnings arising from a technical error beyond the return of the original stake amount.

5.4 Bet Acceptance

bk1111 reserves the right to decline or limit any bet at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide a reason. Maximum bet limits may apply and vary by game, market, event, and player account status. These limits are displayed within the relevant game or betting market interface.

6 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on bk1111 and constitute a material breach of this Agreement:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent personal information at any stage of the account lifecycle.
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to another player's account or to any part of the bk1111 infrastructure.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the bk1111 platform.
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal activity through the bk1111 platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate the outcome of any game or sporting event.
• Placing bets on behalf of third parties or operating a wagering syndicate through a single bk1111 account.
• Attempting to circumvent any responsible gaming tools or self-exclusion measures in place on your account.

7 Responsible Gaming

bk1111 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and takes its duty of care toward players seriously. The following tools are available to all registered players via the account settings panel:

By agreeing to these Terms and Conditions, you also consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy. bk1111 does not sell or transfer your personal data to unaffiliated third parties for commercial marketing purposes.

9 Intellectual Property

All content published on the bk1111 platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, software, game interfaces, and the overall compilation of the website — is the exclusive intellectual property of bk1111 or its licensed content providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the bk1111 platform for your personal entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from bk1111 without prior written consent from the Company.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bk1111 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the bk1111 platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruption, even if bk1111 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

bk1111's total aggregate liability to any player in respect of any claim arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player to their bk1111 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

bk1111 makes no warranty that the platform will be available at all times, that it will be free from errors or interruptions, or that any specific game will be available at any given time. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance periods may result in temporary unavailability of the platform or certain features.

11 Account Suspension & Termination

11.1 Suspension by bk1111

bk1111 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any player account at any time, with or without notice, if it has reasonable grounds to believe that: (a) the player has breached any provision of this Agreement; (b) the account has been used for fraudulent, criminal, or prohibited activity; (c) the player has provided false information; or (d) continued operation of the account poses a risk to other players, to bk1111, or to the integrity of the platform.

11.2 Closure by Player

You may request closure of your bk1111 account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Upon receipt of a closure request, bk1111 will process any outstanding withdrawals of verified funds held in your account, subject to completion of any applicable identity verification requirements. Bonus funds and winnings generated from bonus funds that are subject to outstanding wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.

11.3 Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant if it has had no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. bk1111 reserves the right to apply a monthly dormancy administration fee of ৳100 BDT to dormant accounts. You will be notified by email before any dormancy fee is applied. Dormancy fees will not reduce the account balance below zero.

12 Amendments to These Terms

bk1111 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes to this Agreement will be communicated to registered players via email or via a prominent notice on the bk1111 platform at least seven (7) days prior to the changes taking effect. Your continued use of the bk1111 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions. If you do not accept the revised terms, you must cease using the platform and close your account in accordance with Section 11.2.

13 Governing Law & Disputes

This Agreement and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it or its subject matter or formation shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to online gaming operations in the jurisdiction in which bk1111 is registered. bk1111 and the player agree to attempt to resolve any dispute arising under this Agreement in the first instance through good-faith negotiation. If a dispute cannot be resolved by negotiation within thirty (30) days, either party may refer the matter to binding arbitration.
